Description 80 g CV Joint Grease Sachet – High-Performance Moly-Based GreaseFor CV Joints, & Universal Applications Our 80 g CV Joint Grease sachets are specifically formulated for constant velocity (CV) joints. Each sachet contains a high-quality, lithium-based molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂) grease designed to protect high-load, high-friction areas under extreme pressure conditions. Key Features:• Pre-measured 80g sachet – Ideal quantity for repacking a standard sized single CV joints• Molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂) enriched – Provides superior wear protection under high shear loads• Lithium soap thickened – Excellent mechanical stability and resistance to water washout• Temperature range: –30°C to 130°C (short-term up to 150°C)• Plastic-laminated foil sachet – Leak-resistant, compact and ideal for inclusion in repair kits or aftermarket packaging Technical Specifications:• Base Oil: Mineral• Thickener: Lithium soap• Additive: 3% – 5% MoS₂ content• NLGI Grade: 2• Drop Point: >190°C• Water resistance: DIN 51 807/1, Rating 1–90• Compatibility: Suitable for use in Rzeppa, tripod, and ball-type CV joints Applications:Recommended for passenger vehicles, 4WDs, ATV’s, and light commercial vehicles.
