KY-009 SMD 3 Color LED Module
The KY-009 SMD 3 Color LED Module features a 5050 SMD LED that combines red, green, and blue light to produce a wide range of colors. Each color can be adjusted using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to mix the primary colors effectively. This module is compatible with popular platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and ESP8266. It includes three separate LEDs—red, green, and blue—connected through a common cathode, sharing the same negative connection. The red LED requires 1.8V, while the green and blue LEDs need 2.8V each, with all operating at 20mA. You can create various color combinations by adjusting the brightness of each LED. Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into circuits and projects, making it perfect for visual signals, displays, or decorative lighting. Suitable for both beginners and experienced developers, this module offers a versatile and creative lighting solution. Features of KY-009 SMD 3 Color LED Module: Use 5050 full-colour LED The three primary colours of RGB must be connected to a current limiting resistor to prevent burnout The three primary colours can be mixed to obtain different colours by adjusting the PWM It can be interfaced with various single-chip microcomputers Working voltage: 5V • LED drive mode: common cathode drive Related
